We are sending you this letter to inform you that the 2014 Denver Miniature & Doll Fall Show and Sale is changing our location, for this year only. Our regular hotel is assisting us in finding a suitable and lovely, as it turns out, new hotel, the Renaissance Denver Hotel, 3801 Quebec St, Denver, CO 80207. There are a number of differences that we know you will find pleasing, for example, ALL of the Rooms, Sales Room, Exhibit Room, Workshop Room, Banquet Room, are located next to each other and ALL on the SAME FLOOR!! The elevators and escalators are near-by.
The sleeping rooms are spacious and lovely. The group rate for D.M.M.D.T. remains the same $97.00 plus taxes per night for either a king sized bed or two queen sized beds per room with complimentary internet access. To make your reservations please call the Renaissance Denver Hotel #888-228-9290. Remember to cancel your reservation at the Doubletree Hotel.
The location of the Renaissance Denver Hotel is easy to find. It is located 2 blocks south of I-70 on Quebec Street.
There is a FREE Hotel Shuttle from Denver International Airport to the Renaissance Hotel that leaves every thirty minutes at :05 and :35 after the hour.
If you wish to reserve a space on the SuperShuttle from DIA to the hotel please call the DMMDT Museum for further information, regarding cost, code and phone number.
All people driving to the Show can park in the parking garage FREE (based on availability) which is located across from the hotel’s front entrance or park on the street. People bringing Exhibits may drive up to the front entrance, unload the exhibit onto a luggage cart, and then park their cars in the Garage. The hotel will have employees and Fall Show Committee members available to assist with giving directions, answering questions, and watching over your exhibits while you park on Friday and Sunday.
We ask that you share this information with any friends you may have invited to attend the Show, and also tell your club members about the change of LOCATION. We are trying to prevent people from driving to the wrong hotel.

We have a new website for our event. We’d like to help you promote your artwork, and us promote our show!
We are inviting you to submit an article with photos about your work, your experience, or your skills to be published on the DMMDT Fall Show blog site. We want to promote you as one of our vendor artists and also to promote the hobby and art of miniatures.
If accepted, we’ll publish that article on the website and send the link to you. We will be featuring multiple artists through the year, leading up to the 2014 Fall Show. If you are interested, please email your article to email@example.com.
P.S. We are available to help you with edits to the text and photos for the best presentation on the website.
We are thrilled to announce this new site! We are still working on some of the details, but we will be posting information about the 2014 Fall Show, contacts information, sign-up for workshops, articles featuring miniature artists and more.
Please return often as we continue to fill it with goodies for you, the fans and artists for miniature artwork.
Thanks from the DMMDT Fall Show Committee!
